Staff friendly, fun atmosphere, manned attractions, kids love it.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The variety of activities for kids is amazing. The location is peaceful and quiet.
The condition of the hotel is not great - very old and outdated. The food was mediocre and overpriced. Not much to do around the area outside of the resort. not worth the money spent.

The resort is situated in a beautiful mountainous area, offering a serene getaway from the city. However, its location restricts accessibility to other sightseeing points like Leofoo amusement park. The rooms are cosy and newly renovated, and the restaurant serves delicious local delicacies. The outdoor activities available such as archery, mini monorail, and indoor swimming pool are perfect for families.
One downside to this resort is that it's older and in need of renovation, which may affect the overall experience.

Stayed there during Christmas and had a great time! The facilities were perfect for kids and adults alike, with activities like archery, golf, and a mini monorail to keep everyone entertained. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the local specialties like fresh river fish and mountain vegetables. Another plus was the amazing customer service - they even sent back a camera we left behind via courier to our next hotel!
The location was a bit difficult to get to and there weren't many nearby sightseeing options. The rooms looked a bit dated and could use some renovations.

During my stay, I was impressed with the level of cleanliness throughout the hotel facilities. Additionally, the location in the mountainous area of Hsinchu Province provided breathtaking views. The hotel also offered easy transportation to other sightseeing points such as Leofoo amusement park. The staff was particularly exceptional, as they were friendly and always willing to help. Lastly, the breakfast spread was delicious and offered a variety of options.
No issues.
